At DRIED, we want you to love your home decor. If your dried floral arrangement or artisanal vessel isn't a perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate dried botanicals are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
