With proper care, our naturally preserved and dried arrangements can last between 1 to 3 years. Keep them away from direct sunlight and high-humidity areas to ensure maximum longevity.
Do I need to water my dried flowers?
No, you should never water dried plants. Moisture will cause the stems to become soft and may lead to mold. They are designed to be completely maintenance-free.
How do you handle shipping for fragile items?
We use custom-engineered, eco-friendly packaging designed to secure delicate stems during transit. Each order is hand-packed with protective cushioning to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all non-custom arrangements. Items must be returned in their original packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Are the dyes used in your products safe?
Yes, we only use non-toxic, organic dyes and preservation glycerin. Our products are safe for homes with children and pets, though they are intended for decorative use only and should not be consumed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Due to agricultural regulations regarding dried plant matter, we are unable to ship to other international destinations at this time.
